Ben has a unique perspective operating Legacy as both an experienced real estate investor and franchised new car dealer. Ben has owned and operated domestic and import new car franchises for the last 8 years, and has a deep understanding of the automotive franchise system.
Ben Co-founded GoMoto in 2014, the leading provider of self-service kiosk technology for the automotive industry. GoMoto was sold to Reynolds and Reynolds in January 2020.
Prior to becoming a dealer, Ben held the position of Director of Acquisitions for Patriot Equities, an international private equity real estate development firm specializing in structuring creative sale-leaseback transactions for Fortune 500 companies.

Todd brings more than 20 years experience in building, leading and scaling organizations positioned for high growth in software, finance and real estate.
As Founder and CEO of GoMoto, Todd oversaw growth and operations for the company which was acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds in 2020 which served thousands of automotive dealerships.
Prior to starting GoMoto, Todd acquired and sold Multimedia Research Group and served in senior executive positions at, Frontier Strategy Group (FSG) (Venture-backed), LRN (Venture Backed) and the Corporate Executive Board (CEB). At FSG he oversaw worldwide sales, commercial operations and strategy quadrupling sales. At CEB, he led all commercial efforts for the Finance Practice in the western half of the United States & Australia and held positions prior to that in Investment Banking. Todd was also the first investor and Board director of Luxola.com that became the fastest growing cosmetics e-commerce company in South East Asia acquired by Sephora. Todd earned a Bachelor of Administration, cum laude, in Finance & Marketing from Fordham University where he was recognized as a G.L.O.B.E International Business Scholar and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma (National Business Honor Society).

TJ is an executive leader with passion and drive to develop strategies for diverse organizations to deliver results. He’s established a versatile skill set, with nearly two decades of experience in both commercial real estate development and manufacturing, processing and logistics operations for the oil and gas industry.
TJ is an active real estate investor and as a commercial real estate broker and Principal, he has been involved in transactions exceeding $1 Billion. Licensed in real estate for nearly 20 years, TJ is a Broker in the State of Pennsylvania, and a five-time winner of the ‘Best Real Estate Deal’ Award from the Philadelphia Business Journal.
TJ was an angel funding partner of GoMoto, a self-service kiosk technology innovator in the automotive industry, bridging the technlogy gap for modern consumers inside traditional dealerships.
Austin brings unique entrepreneurial real estate and finance expertise through his background in successfully executing on projects in nearly all core and niche real estate asset classes, both regionally and nationally. He’s an expert on navigating complex transactions, allowing him to become a ‘go-to’ problem solver.
Austin is Co-Founder and owner of national brokerage firm Hunter Durant LLC, who’s team has become one of the premier brokerage advisory firms in the region. Prior to founding Hunter Durant, Austin was a Vice President with DP Partners, an established commercial real estate developer who Austin helped grow from a startup business into an established regional player. Prior to DP, Austin was a Partner with Safe Harbor Communities, who provided quality affordable manufactured housing to residents throughout Pennsylvania. Safe Harbor successfully accumulated and stabilized a portfolio of previously underperforming manufactured housing assets prior to a successful portfolio disposition.
With expertise as both a Principal Developer and Third-party Advisory roles, Austin’s unique background includes transactions/developments in Assets Classes including but not limited to: Industrial, Automotive, Office, Energy, Multi-family, Retail, Specialty Uses, and Low Income Housing.
His experience includes portfolio aggregation, acquisitions/dispositions, design, new/rehab development, and entitlements. Austin is a licensed Real Estate Broker in 5 States and a salesperson in 1 State.
