Todd Marcelle
Chief Investment Officer
Todd brings more than 20 years experience in building, leading and scaling organizations positioned for high growth in software, finance and real estate.
As Co-founder and CEO of GoMoto, Todd oversaw growth and operations for the company which was acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds in 2020 which served thousands of automotive dealerships.
Prior to starting GoMoto, Todd acquired and sold Multimedia Research Group and served in senior executive positions at, Frontier Strategy Group (FSG) (Venture-backed), LRN (Venture Backed) and the Corporate Executive Board (CEB). At FSG he oversaw worldwide sales, commercial operations and strategy quadrupling sales. At CEB, he led all commercial efforts for the Finance Practice in the western half of the United States & Australia and held positions prior to that in Investment Banking. Todd was also the first investor and Board Director of Luxola.com that became the fastest growing cosmetics e-commerce company in South East Asia acquired by Sephora. Todd earned a Bachelor of Administration, cum laude, in Finance & Marketing from Fordham University where he was recognized as a G.L.O.B.E International Business Scholar and inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma (National Business Honor Society)

Austin Wolfington
Partner
Austin brings unique entrepreneurial real estate expertise through his background in successfully executing on projects in variety of core and niche real estate asset classes throughout North America. He’s an expert in navigating complex transactions, allowing him to become a ‘go-to’ problem solver.
Austin is Co-founder of national brokerage firm Hunter Durant, LLC, who’s team has become a premier Commerical Brokerage and Real Estate Advisory firm. Prior to founding Hunter Durant, LLC, Austin was a Vice President with DP Partners, a commercial real estate development firm where Austin focused on growth from a startup business into an established regional presence. Prior to DP Partners, Austin was a Partner with Safe Harbor Communities, who provided quality affordable manufactured housing to residents throughout Pennsylvania.
With expertise as both a Principal and as a Third-party Advisor, Austin’s background includes transactions/developments in Assets Classes including: Industrial, Automotive, Office, Energy, Multi-family, Retail, Specialty Uses, and Attainable Housing.
Austin is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson in 6 States and graduated from Villanova University School of Business.

Devon Corrado Goryl
Financial Analyst & Portfolio Manager
Devon Corrado Goryl’s current role as Financial Analyst & Portfolio Manager involves comprehensive financial analysis of current or prospective property acquisitions through financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and valuation assessments. Additionally, Devon helps facilitate Legacy’s due diligence work for acquisitions, as well as manage our portfolio of property investments. In addition to LAC, Devon is currently pursuing his MBA in finance part-time at Tulane University.
Prior to his work at LAC, Devon was a financial analyst for LifeBrand, an AI technology startup in the Greater Philadelphia region. Devon was responsible for their financial modeling, reporting/budgeting, and other accounting tasks within the firm. During his time, Devon was able to help LifeBrand raise $27 million for their Series A fundraising round.
Devon received his Bachelor’s Degree from Lehigh University with a major in Accounting.

Eli Schultz
Acquisition Manager
Eli Schultz serves as an Acquisition Manager at Legacy Automotive Capital, specializing in sale-leaseback transactions for new franchise car dealerships. With over 22 years of experience as a highly accomplished Real Estate Broker, Eli brings a results-driven approach to income property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and commercial valuations.
At Legacy Automotive Capital, Eli focuses on assisting auto dealerships through Legacy’s capital program, supporting initiatives such as buy-sells, partner buyouts, restructuring debt, estate planning, asset diversification, and construction projects.
Eli’s proven track record includes advising investors, negotiating complex deals, and building successful real estate businesses. He is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and fostering long-term relationships to support business development initiatives. Eli regularly collaborates with clients to establish and achieve their strategic goals.
Eli graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. in 1995. Based in Chicago, Eli serves clients across the United States. Outside of work, he enjoys family vacations, spending time with his two rescue dogs, Frankie and Gracie, attending live concerts and sporting events, and playing golf with clients and friends.
